I want to write this topic because this topic is very important and harsh in our lifes.on the other hand we can improve our self.
Life can often be tough and when you’re facing those hard times, a few words of encouragement can help you get back on your feet.
By flooding your mind with encouraging quotes and other positive material, you will start to win back the war against a further downward spiral. Your ability to get through whatever it is you’re going through will mainly depend on what you focus on. Focus on the possibility of things getting better and you’ll start to feel better and will therefore start doing things that will actually make your situation improve.
Bad habits interrupt your life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals. They jeopardize your health — both mentally and physically. And they waste your time and energy.
Bad habits can be any , according to the person according to the situation example-smoking, drinking, lying , etc.
What are the causes for the bad habits?
Most of your bad habits are caused by two things…
Stress and boredom.
Most of the time, bad habits are simply a way of dealing with stress and boredom. Everything from biting your nails to overspending on a shopping spree to drinking every weekend to wasting time on the internet can be a simple response to stress and boredom.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can teach yourself new and healthy ways to deal with stress and boredom, which you can then substitute in place of your bad habits.
Of course, sometimes the stress or boredom that is on the surface is actually caused by deeper issues. These issues can be tough to think about, but if you’re serious about making changes then you have to be honest with yourself.
